    Coming To America

This was a funny movie, one of my favorits. It’s really neat to see how many young actors in this movie went on
to good careers. You know Chuck, Eddie Murpy paved the way for Movies like: Barbar Shop I & II and then
Beauty Shop which would be a female verison of this style movie. You know, I think these types of movies
were money makers because it made us African Americans laugh at ourselves, and it educated some of White
America of African American life and culture.

It seems to me that Eddie Murpy has paved the way for folks like Chris Rock, Chris Tucker, Martin Lawrence and
even Tyler Perry. Yes, I have to agree with you Chuckster, Coming To America is a classic !!!!

I liked this movie and I guess, as Chuck suggested, I can see James Earl Jones portraying Charles Barkley in a movie about his life, but don’t you think academy-award-winner Cuba Gooding Jr. would be a good pick too? http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000421/ Actually, I heard Cuba was being considered for the role of Tiger Woods but I think he’d be even better as Charles Barkley — especially if he plays basketball better than he plays golf.
